"The Predatory Wasp Of The Palisades Is Out To Get Us" by Sufjan Stevens
This song started when I pressed play on my ipod while it was on shuffle mode. I had just grabbed my pack and was walking from my car into work. The sun was shining and I felt great, Because of this tune! Have you ever had a song do something like that? Amazing! I think it's gonna be a pretty mellow Monday. Just thought I would share.

I take it you’re not a fan. Ha! Ha! I can appreciate that, it isn’t for everyone all the time. But you didn't answer the question. Is there a tune that mellows you out or jacks you up prior to working out?
