With a lotto pick this year, and multiple Jazz free agents this year and next, the Jazz could look quite different next year, and WAY different the year after that!
I just can't get over how huge this lotto pick could be. This is how small market teams become great; They build a good team, slowly adding piece by piece of good role players around a super star (D-Will) and hoping one or two pan out to be legit just below all star status (Milsap, A.K.?, Mathews?), and then when a team is in the top 5 or 6 teams in the league, They make a huge trade or get a big draft pick... and then they win a few championships!

You hit the nail on the head! I couldn't agree more with you on this. I would love it if we traded up and got us a top flight player! Great link on the free agents to be as well.
